Service Description
At Forehersight, we develop tailored self-care programs designed to meet the unique needs of your organization. Each program includes personalized wellness plans, guided routines, and interactive workbooks that empower employees to prioritize mental health in a structured, sustainable way. A custom self-care program is a long-term investment in your company’s wellness culture. Through ongoing support, education, and practical strategies, organizations create environments that value mental health, strengthen employee engagement, reduce burnout, and drive lasting productivity. Program Delivery - Programs are offered virtually and/or on-site at the client’s company or preferred location. - On-site sessions are hosted in a conference room or designated space suitable for the number of participants attending. Service Features - Personalized Wellness Plans: Individual and team-focused self-care strategies tailored to your organization’s needs. - Workshops and Seminars: Guided group sessions on stress management, mindfulness, and resilience. - Ongoing Support: Bi-weekly sessions, progress tracking, and accountability touchpoints for continued growth. - Employee Wellness Kits: Optional add-ons with curated self-care tools and reflective resources. Program Duration Options - Short-Term Program (3 Months): Establishes foundational self-care and stress management strategies for employees and leaders. Ideal for immediate culture resets or pilot initiatives. - Mid-Term Program (6 Months): Offers deeper integration of wellness principles with consistent support and periodic workshops. Strengthens engagement and workplace morale. - Long-Term Program (9 Months): A transformative wellness experience that embeds emotional health, mindfulness, and self-care into company culture for lasting impact. Logistics & Travel - After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to schedule a conference call to finalize program details, customization preferences, and session timelines. - Forehersight travels up to 120 miles from Columbus, Ohio. A travel fee of $80–$140 applies for establishments located outside the 35-mile service radius.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All corporate service bookings — including wellness workshops, staff trainings, and keynote speaking engagements — must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. A 20% portion of all payments is non-refundable and covers administrative, preparation, and coordination costs. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow time for content customization, event coordination, and scheduling. Late Payment / Outstanding Balance: All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services without refund. Non-Transferable Clause: Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Forehersight LLC. This ensures that no booking, service, or event contract may be reassigned to another individual or organization. Cancellation Policy: - 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. - 11–14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. - 10 Days or Less: No refund available. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Rescheduling Policy: - 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no additional cost, subject to availability. - Less Than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee, subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and any necessary audio/visual setup. Access to the event space must be granted at least 1 hour prior for setup and 1 hour after for breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for all customizations must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive modifications or specialized materials. Health & Safety: Forehersight LLC follows all local and state health guidelines. If an event must be rescheduled due to COVID-19 or other verified public health concerns, rescheduling will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability. Force Majeure Clause: Forehersight LLC is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, power outages, acts of God, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
