Duration Options - 1-Hour Workshop: An engaging overview of stress management and mindfulness techniques, including guided micro-exercises. - 2-Hour Workshop: A deeper dive into mindfulness, guided meditation, and hands-on self-care practices tailored to your team’s needs. - Half-Day Workshop (3–4 Hours): A comprehensive program exploring habit-building, emotional wellness, and personalized self-care strategy development. Event Details - Workshops are hosted on-site at your company’s location, ideally in a conference or training room suited for the number of participants. - After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to schedule a planning call to finalize details, participant count, and any custom focus areas. - Forehersight travels up to 120 miles from Columbus, Ohio. A travel fee of $80–$140 applies to establishments located outside of our 35-mile service radius.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All corporate service bookings — including wellness workshops, staff trainings, and keynote speaking engagements — must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm your event date. A 20% portion of all payments is non-refundable and covers administrative, preparation, and coordination costs. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance to allow time for content customization, event coordination, and scheduling. Late Payment / Outstanding Balance: All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services without refund. Non-Transferable Clause: Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Forehersight LLC. This ensures that no booking, service, or event contract may be reassigned to another individual or organization. Cancellation Policy: - 15+ Days Before Event: Full refund available. - 11–14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment. - 10 Days or Less: No refund available. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Rescheduling Policy: - 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no additional cost, subject to availability. - Less Than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee, subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space, seating, and any necessary audio/visual setup. Access to the event space must be granted at least 1 hour prior for setup and 1 hour after for breakdown. Customization: We welcome custom content requests. Final details for all customizations must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for extensive modifications or specialized materials. Health & Safety: Forehersight LLC follows all local and state health guidelines. If an event must be rescheduled due to COVID-19 or other verified public health concerns, rescheduling will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability. Force Majeure Clause: Forehersight LLC is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, power outages, acts of God, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
