Our Wellness Pop-Up Stations bring rejuvenating self-care experiences directly to your workplace—creating moments of calm, connection, and renewal. From mini meditation sessions to customized self-care kits, each pop-up is designed to help employees pause, breathe, and recharge. These on-site activations transform ordinary spaces into sanctuaries of wellness, offering employees a creative opportunity to relax, reconnect, and reset. They’re the perfect addition to corporate wellness days, appreciation events, or team-building experiences—helping your staff feel valued, motivated, and cared for. Services Included - Chair Massages (10–15 minutes each) - Mini Meditation or Guided Breathing Sessions (5–10 minutes) - Skincare Consultations & Quick Facials (10–15 minutes) - Manicure or Nail Care (10–15 minutes) - Aromatherapy Stations (available throughout the event) - Stress Management Workshop (optional add-on) – A brief, 15–30-minute interactive session on stress reduction techniques, including mindful breathing, time-management tools, and strategies for incorporating wellness into a busy workday. -Customized Essential Oil Blends (optional add-on per employee): $45 -Extended Hours (per hour): $250 Package Options 1. Standard Pop-Up Station Duration: 4 hours Services Included: Chair massages, skincare consultations, mini meditation sessions, aromatherapy Participants: Up to 40 employees Investment: $3,600 3. Full-Service Pop-Up Station Duration: 6–8 hours Services Included: Chair massages, manicures, skincare consultations, mini meditation sessions, araromatherapy, stress-management workshop (optional add-on) Participants: Up to 55 employees Investment: $4,800 Event Requirements: Beauty and Wellness Pop-Up Stations are hosted at the client’s company or preferred location, typically in a conference or a room suitable for the number of participants. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to schedule a brief conference call. Travel Policy: We provide on-site services within a 35-mile radius at no additional cost.For locations beyond this area, a travel fee of $80–$140 applies (up to a 120-mile range). Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All Pop-Up Station bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your event date. A 20% non-refundable deposit is included in all bookings to cover administrative, planning, and coordination costs. Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance. Late Payment / Outstanding Balance: All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund. Non-Transferable Clause: Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Forehersight LLC. This ensures that no booking, service, or event contract may be reassigned to another individual or organization. Cancellation Policy - 15+ Days Before Event: 80% refund available (20% non-refundable deposit retained). - 11–14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total payment (includes forfeiture of the 20% deposit). -10 Days or Less: No refund available. All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Rescheduling Policy - 15+ Days Before Event: One-time rescheduling allowed at no additional cost, subject to availability. - Less Than 15 Days Before Event: Rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rescheduling fee, subject to availability. On-Site Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a suitable event space (conference room or designated area), seating, and any required audio/visual setup. Access to the event space must be granted 1–2 hours prior for setup and 1–2 hours after for breakdown. Customization: We welcomes custom requests and content integration. Final details for all customizations must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Additional fees may apply. Health & Safety: Forehersight LLC follows all local and state health guidelines. If an event must be rescheduled due to COVID-19 or other verified public health concerns, rescheduling will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability. Force Majeure: Forehersight LLC is not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, power outages, acts of God, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event for a future date.
